From Pedal to Pure: The Evolution of a Movement

Pure House was born from the grit and soul of Pedal House—our first creation, built during a time when intensity was everything and resilience was the only way forward.

Founded by Joey and Nada Foley, Pedal House launched with a clear mission: to break the mold of basic workouts and deliver something bold, immersive, and challenging. Joey, a D-1 football and track athlete turned triathlete, and Nada, a classically trained ballerina turned model, brought their elite-level training and passion for performance to every ride. When the world shut down, they didn’t fold. They doubled down—keeping doors open, music loud, and riders moving.

But movement evolves. And so did we.

Why Pure House? Why Now?

After years of pushing limits on the bike, we saw the need for something deeper. Not softer—but smarter. Pure House was born from that shift: a space where strength meets stillness, where power is refined through precision, and where discipline is balanced by recovery.

We didn’t trade intensity for ease—we expanded the spectrum.

Pilates, yoga, and strength training aren’t just modalities. They are the pillars of real, lasting performance. This is the kind of training that builds your foundation, improves mobility, restores energy, and sharpens focus. It’s not about burning out—it’s about showing up better, longer, and stronger.

The Pure House Ethos

Train Smarter. Move Better. Live Freely.

At Pure House, every class is designed with intention. You’ll sweat, yes—but you’ll also slow down, reconnect, and rebuild. Our programs are rhythm-based, breath-driven, and form-focused, because we know the best results don’t come from mindless movement—they come from alignment.

This isn’t a trend. It’s a new standard.
